Today’s LiveWire Spotlight examines six support documents that facilitate the transition of the Essential Reliability Services Working Group’s (ERSWG’s) measures and data collection activities to other Planning and Operating subcommittees – allowing the Working Group to disband. The ERSWG assumes that the metrics and processes are sufficiently mature to assure a reliable transition to cleaner generation technologies over the next decade or so.
