Today’s LiveWire Spotlight examines the latest annual Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program (CMEP) operating plan issued by NERC and the Regional Entities – the thirteenth since they began a programmatic approach to assure that Entities meet all their reliability obligations to U.S./Canadian law. There are six Risk Elements identified for 2021; targeting the Supply Chain, modeling, emergency operations, situational awareness, and relay coordination standards.
