Today’s LiveWire Spotlight evaluates two recently posted Implementation Guidelines that look to provide direction to Registered Entities seeking to comply with FAC-002-4 R6 and PRC-019-2 R1 and R2.  The first illustrates the “qualified changes” requiring an interconnection study that Planning Coordinators must define when FAC-002-4 takes effect a year after FERC’s (pending) approval.  The second describes how Generator and Transmission Owners can construct charts that demonstrate their voltage limiters, relays, and equipment capabilities are coordinated as required by PRC-019-2
