The new version significantly tightens the calculation of Continuing Education (CE) hours that are awarded for training activities to more accurately match the actual time spent.
Version 1.0 of the Credential Maintenance Program Administrative Manual took effect on January 1 of this year. Clients should be prepared to hear feedback from their System Operators that the course length and retention expectations have grown significantly.
