The project team has made several seemingly innocuous changes to the original draft in response to industry stakeholder feedback, but which have subtle and material impacts to planners
The second draft of TPL-001-5 and its supporting materials have been posted on the NERC website for a 45-day review and concurrent ballot. Clients have until October 23, 2017 to return their comments and votes to the project team.
