Today’s LiveWire Spotlight looks at the initial version of a NERC Reliability Guideline describing the best approaches to modeling small distributed energy resources (DERs).   The support document assesses the comparative advantages of commonly applied models and settings for various types of distributed energy resources – and recommends the most appropriate for the application at hand.
