Today’s LiveWire Spotlight looks at two NERC cyber security development efforts initiated under Project 2006-02. The project team is looking to define Control Center data link protections and to account for CIP Exceptional Circumstances in seven additional cyber security requirements.
The comment forms for both new cyber security initiatives are posted for a 30-day review. Feedback on the strategies proposed for Control Center communications and CIP Exceptional Circumstances is due back to the project team on 3/13/17.
