Today’s LiveWire Spotlight examines the periodic review of the Personnel Performance, Training, and Qualifications (PER) standards. It describes the results from an expert team’s intense look at PER-001-0.2 through PER-005-2 to confirm that the standards are clear, concise, and technically sound.
The initial recommendations from the PER Standards periodic review have been posted on the NERC website for a 45-day review period. Comments must be returned to the project team by February 23, 2017.
