The modified NERC standard addresses directives that were issued last year by FERC to clarify the handling of demand and energy data collected for seasonal and long-term performance studies.
MOD-031-2 will replace MOD-031-1 on October 1, 2016 – a mere three months after v1 becomes effective. During that time frame, Clients have to adjust their data collection and submission procedures to comply with the appropriate standard.
