Today’s LiveWire Spotlight looks at the Standards Authorization Request (SAR) for Project 2016-01, which initiates the development effort for IRO-002-4 and TOP-001-3. The project team expects to mitigate three reliability gaps identified in FERC Order 817, which arose while the Commission was approving nine IRO/TOP standards from Project 2014-03.
The initial draft of the Standards Authorization Request for Project 2016-01 has been posted for a 30 day review period. Clients have until February 22, 2016 to provide comments back to the drafting team.
