Today’s LiveWire Spotlight looks at the results from the Level 2 Appeal made by the Resilient Societies concerning the development of TPL-007-1. A panel selected by NERC’s Board of Trustees found that the Society was not adversely affected by the resulting standard.
FERC is presently reviewing public commentary on their proposal issued last May to accept TPL-007-1. Their decision to approve, approve with modification, or remand the standard will also consider the results of the Resilient Societies’ Level 2 appeal.
