Today’s LiveWire Spotlight addresses MOD-031-2 Draft 1, which executes two directives from FERC Order 804. First, it assures that the owners of demand or energy data are not forced to distribute confidential information to just any entity and second, confirms that Regions have access to all the data needed for their performance studies.
The initial draft of MOD-031-2 and its support documents are posted for a 45-day review and concurrent ballot. Clients have until September 18, 2015 to return their comments to the project team and vote on the standard.
