Today’s special issue of LiveWire Spotlight looks at two sets of very important updates to the Rules of Procedure that align with NERC’s risk-based efficiency programs. They incorporate FERC’s direction communicated in two Dockets which approved some, but not all, aspects of Risk-Based Compliance and Registration.
The updated Rules of Procedure governing the risk-based initiatives are posted in the interest of public transparency. The Board of Trustees is expected to adopt the Rules at their June 22nd meeting and forward them to FERC for final approval.
