Today’s LiveWire Spotlight looks at FERC’s announcement that they intend to approve COM-001-2 and COM-002-4. These are latest versions of the two COM standards specifying the communications capabilities and protocols used between operating entities.
FERC Docket RM14-13-000 is posted for public review. Clients have until 11/17/14 to submit their comments to the Commission’s NOPR to accept the two COM standards and their proposed follow up actions.
