Today’s LiveWire Spotlight looks at the updated versions of INT-004-3, INT-006-4, INT-009-2, INT-010-2, and INT-011-1 – the only Interchange Scheduling and Coordination (INT) standards that will remain by the end of Project 2008-12. The primary focus of the project is to reassign reliability responsibilities from IAs and PSEs – who mostly serve an economic purpose – to Sink Balancing Authorities and LSEs respectively.

The third draft of the interchange standards and supporting documentation have been posted for a 45 day stakeholder review and concurrent ballot. Clients have until November 13, 2013 to return comments and vote on Project 2008-12.
