The initial draft of COM-002-4 and its supporting documents have been posted on NERC’s web site for a 15 day industry stakeholder review and a concurrent ballot. Comments must be returned – and all votes cast – by November 4, 2013. If the necessary 2/3 consensus is not reached, NERC’s Board of Trustees will review its options at its November meeting, including forced approval of COM-002-4.
