Today’s LiveWire Spotlight looks at the updated posting of 3 statutory definitions from Section 215(a) of the Federal Power Act – the legislation granting FERC the authority to oversee the U.S. electric system. This includes the terms Bulk-Power System, Reliability Standards, and Reliable Operation.
The second drafts of the three statutory definitions have been posted to the project web site for a 30-day review and concurrent ballot. Clients have until March 22, 2013 to submit comments and cast their votes.
