Today’s LiveWire Spotlight is on the initial draft of the process Regional Entities will use to determine the appropriate level of compliance monitoring required of individual Registered Entities. The program document proposes a three year assessment of each entity’s Internal Compliance Program (ICP) for completeness, effectiveness, and continual improvement.
The initial draft of NERC’s Entity Impact Evaluation template has been posted on the Compliance website for a 45 day review period. Clients have until September 13, 2012 to return comments back to the drafting team.
