Today’s LiveWire Spotlight is on Project 2007-03, which is combining all transmission operations reliability requirements into three Standards. All Reliability Coordinator requirements will be transferred to the IRO Standards, while those applicable to TSPs and PSEs are eliminated.
The initial draft of PRC-001-2 has been posted on the project website along with Version 7 of the three TOP Standards. Clients have until April 20, 2012 to provide feedback to NERC and to vote on the updates.
